What does made to order mean?

The garments from our Made to order collections are available to order straight from our website. Simply select your size, and complete your purchase at check out. Once we have received your order, we will create your garment in the size you have selected, and ship it out to you.

Where are your garments made?

All of our garments are designed and made by hand in London, United Kingdom.

What payment methods do you take?

Made to order is paid directly on our site. For bespoke orders we accept bank transfers.If you are booking a consultation appointment, we require this to be paid 48 hours after we confirm the date to secure the booking, this will need to be paid by bank transfer.

The garment I want is sold out. Is it coming back?

The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Usually once a new collection is launched the previous collection is no longer available. If you would like to be notified if we plan to restock a particular garment, please email info@salimaali.co.uk.

How much does a SALIMA.ALI bespoke garment cost?

Our Bespoke pieces depends on the exact style and material consumption. It is useful to advise us of your budget so we can guide you on the style as well as the fabric choice.

Do I have to book a consultation for bespoke?

We offer face to face or virtual bespoke consultations to discuss your design. Other communications occur via email. Book your initial consultation via the form on our site.

Can I order a garment in my specific measurements?

Sure! This will be classified as Made-to-Measure (MTM). Please note, there is an extra £40 (GBP) charge for this service.

If you would like a design altered to your unique sizing, select ‘MTM’ under the size tab. At checkout add your specific measurements in the ‘Additional info tab‘ . Alternatively you can send an email to info@salimaali.co.uk with the subject line ‘Made to measure service‘ with your 'Order Number ##158' from your order confirmation email and send us your measurements. We Require your Bust, Waist and Hip Measurements.
