DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

As soon as you place your order, it is processed within 48 hours. After 48 hours, your order is put into production in our London atelier. Please allow 14 days for your order to be completed.You will then be notified as soon as your order is on its way to you.

What courier do you use?

We will notify you of the courier used to ship your parcel along with you tracking email upon dispatch of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow its journey on the courier’s website. For further help with tracking information please contact us at: info@salimaali.co.uk

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY | UK & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Please note as our items are made to order, if you would like to get your orders in time for Christmas, the latest recommended date to order is 4th  December to guarantee a delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that are not guaranteed to arrive before 25th  and will be shipped from the 27th. Please contact us at info@salimaali.co.uk before adding an express delivery service to your order during the holiday season.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

In the event of a delivery being attempted but unsuccessful, our courier will leave a note posted through your letterbox informing you of either how to rearrange a delivery, where to collect your parcel or when they will attempt the next delivery.

If your order is not collected after a failed attempt and you do not rearrange delivery, and our team have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with you, we will terminate the contract. If you contact us in the future, you may be eligible for a partial refund (your total minus our costs) after a full investigation has been taken.  

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed it is processed and brought to life in our London Atelier. You will then receive a dispatch notification via email that your parcel is on the way with tracking details.

We also welcome worldwide deliveries. International delivery times may vary if they are subject to customs charges. This is beyond our control but please do not hesitate to contact us info@salimaali.co.uk for more information. Please note, we do not cover any international duties or additional charges that may be charged to you/your country. In the unlikely event of your order being delayed from our side, we will contact you personally as soon as possible and provide you with updates frequently. 

CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Payments are taken in GBP, if ordering abroad, the checkout may display your local currency. As exchange rates fluctuate, we cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We will not be liable for currency fluctuations, should there be a difference, it will be very small.

IMPORT DUTY & TAX

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. We can not be held accountable for delays in custom clearance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All of our garments are created just for you from either the Made to order collection, or Bespoke service, for this reason, we do not offer a returns/ refund option. Please use our size guide to help you select the most suitable size, and read item descriptions if you have any further questions feel free to contact us info@salimaali.co.uk before placing your order. We are confident that you will love your special SALIMA.ALI garment, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with it, simply contact us, and we can work to fix any issue you may have.
